As you can see from these photos, we’ve received an incredible amount of snow here in Dorrington and Arnold. It’s absolutely beautiful… but it’s also a significant event for our mountain community.

Out of an abundance of caution, we made the difficult and thoughtful decision to cancel all of our vacation rental reservations this weekend in order to help keep everyone safe and allow emergency, utility, and road crews the space they need to restore essential services like power and full plowing access.

If you’re considering heading up, we kindly encourage you to stay off the mountain for now. Crews are working tirelessly, and giving them room to operate safely makes a real difference.

The sunshine and fresh snow will still be here. Let’s allow this weekend for recovery so you can come up soon and enjoy the mountains we all love so much.
