🏡 What does the latest REALTOR® Confidence Index tell us about today's housing market?
✅ Homes are selling in about a month on average.
✅ First-time buyers make up one-third of all home purchases.
✅ Buyers have more inventory to choose from than they've had in recent years.
✅ Affordability has improved compared to last year.

The biggest takeaway? The market is becoming more balanced.
Buyers have more opportunities, while sellers who price their homes correctly are still seeing strong interest. Real estate is local, and what we're seeing in the Wiregrass area may look different from national trends.

April brought a strong rebound across the state with:
✅ 6,214 home sales
✅ Sales up 14.3% from March
✅ Inventory up 9.3% year-over-year
✅ Median home price up 15.2%
