I am still just as thankful today as I was on my very first closing over 10 years ago. I am thankful that the Lord allows me to have a career, where I have the honor of helping people purchase their home or sell their home so they can go to the next phase in their journey. It may sound cliche but the truth is I am blessed to do what I do. Every transaction is not always smooth and it has its challenges but the Lord teaches me in every single one of them. There is nothing like a place to call home and that is exactly what my clients and their family have. These clients are more like family. We prayed, cried, and prayed some more. In the end we had to patiently wait on the Lord. Having the right lender is imperative and Matt Houston with Houston Mortgage is just who we needed. Matt treats his clients as family and will stop in a minute and say I think we need to pray. We all got on one accord and we prayed and we saw the Lord work. Thank you Matt for getting us a closing. This home is special for me. It represents so many different things for me, as it was the First home I listed when I began my real estate career over ten years ago. Approximately ten years ago, I listed and sold this property. My seller was one of my first clients, whom I had the pleasure of working with at the hospital and who trusted me to assist her in purchasing her home. It is a significant compliment to have repeat clients, and I would like to extend my gratitude and say thank you.
