I got to list and sell this home for some super awesome friends. A few chaotic moments (ok, more than a few).... but we completed the mission!! Got to sell this amazing home for a wonderful previous client. It was under contract within a week to a sweet first time home buyer. This one had lots of speed bumps!! But I was lucky that the sellers and the buyers of this property were not deterred by all the extra steps we had to take to get this closed. In the end.. the sellers were happy and the buyers were very happy to have a home big enough for their needs, in the town they wanted, and for a price that was affordable for young first time home buyers! I love Happy Endings! ❤❤

A wonderful fully renovated home for my VA First Time Home Buyers. Thank you so much Flipping Dothan for actually doing a real renovation on this home and not cutting any corners!! They did the roof, AC, floors, bathrooms, appliances and more!! It's refreshing to see business owners CARE about their customers and operate with ethical values! Big thanks as well to Miss for allowing us to get it under contract BEFORE it even came on the market!
