😂 Well… we jumped on the “ChatGPT, give me a mascot based on everything you know about me” bandwagon this morning.

Apparently ChatGPT knows WAY more about me than it does Mike. 🤣 So I had to help with his a little and tell it about some of the things that make Mike…Mike. ❤️

Mine needed considerably less help. Apparently ChatGPT has figured out that I live with about 47 tabs open in my head at all times. 🤦🏼‍♀️😂 And yes, it even called me out for planning trips we never take.

But somehow it all works. ❤️ I market it, Mike shows it, and somewhere in between the signs, closings, problem solving, remodels, family and everyday life…there’s us.

Who wants soup today? LOL 😂 It may not feel like fall yet in Southeast Alabama and Southwest Georgia, but festival season is almost here!

Around here, fall means football, pumpkin patches, arts and crafts, local food and all those small-town traditions that bring everyone together. 💖

🍂 We already know some of the longtime local favorites, like the National Peanut Festival in Dothan, the Boll Weevil Fall Festival in Enterprise, EufaulaFest (still Indian Summer to many of us), Harvest Day in Headland, the Claybank Jamboree in Ozark, Pioneer Days in Troy and the Kolomoki Festival in Blakely. 🖼️

And who remembers the Chitlin Jamboree in Clio? That was always my Dad’s favorite! 🤯🤮😄
