First-time buyers rose to 35%, the highest since June 2020, as inventory opened entry points. Demand remains competitive with 25% of homes selling above list price, but sentiment cooled and homes averaged 2.3 offers.

This one was another special one to me!
A lot of hours logged, calls, texts -too a lot, late nights and countless tours in a short period of time to find the ONE for the Taylor's and with competition -WE GOT IT!

Glad this last week has passed...Only bc of the circumstances in a short time frame. But thankful for it! It was a lot! It was fun! It was hard! We laughed! We ate good food! We saw a lot of beautiful homes and some not as they pictured. And we toured one where the owner was still asleep in their bed at our scheduled time! 🤣 It was a good time and I am thankful for it. We all made it! Made new friends and am blessed! We did that!
