📢 PAYMENT OPTIONS & ONLINE PROCESSING FEES

We’ve received a few questions about online payment fees and wanted to provide some clarification.

Our online tenant portal is provided through AppFolio, a third-party payment processing system. When choosing to pay online, AppFolio currently charges processing fees based on the payment method selected:

💻 eCheck (ACH): approximately $2.49 per payment
💳 Debit Card: approximately $9.99 per payment
💳 Credit Card: approximately 2.99% of the payment

These processing fees are charged by the third-party payment processor and are not fees collected by North Platte Agency.

Online payment is available for convenience, but you are not required to pay online. If you would prefer to avoid online processing fees, you are always welcome to:
