🗓️ What to Watch This Week

This week has a few important updates that can affect interest rates and mortgages.

• The Federal Reserve meets Jan 27–28. Most experts expect rates to stay the same, but what the Fed says can still move things.
• New jobs data comes out, which helps show whether the economy is slowing down or picking up speed.
