Should You Rent or Should You Buy? 🤔

Let’s look at a couple of simple examples. 👇🏻

Say you’re paying $1,000 a month in rent. That’s:

• $12,000 A Year. 💵
• $60,000 Over Five Years. 💰

Say you’re paying $1,500 a month in rent. That’s:

• $18,000 A Year. 💵
• $90,000 Over Five Years. 💰

At the end of those five years, you’ve spent that money, but you haven’t built any equity in the property. 📉

When you own a home, a portion of your payment goes toward building equity. 🏡

Homeownership can also allow you to:

• Build Equity Over Time. 📈
• Make Updates Without Asking Permission. 🔨

🌳🎉 Belated Closing Day! 🎉🌳

This closing was a little more special than most. I’ve known Daniel since before he became a dad for the very first time, and now that “baby” is graduating next year, which doesn’t seem possible... Izzy was my first “niece,” so I may be a little partial on this one. 🥹

Everything happened so quickly, we didn’t even stop to take a pic, but I’m so excited for him to have his own little piece of land to get away, relax, ride around, do a little target practice, and enjoy the outdoors with his family and friends. I hope Aniyah, Izzy, James, and Mario make some great memories out there! ♥️
