💡🏡 Tuesday’s Tip! 🏡💡
Listing Agent vs. Buyer’s Agent… What’s the Difference?
I recently got a call from someone who wanted to see a property. They tried to reach the listing agent to schedule a showing but couldn’t get in touch with them. During our conversation, they said something that caught my attention: “I didn’t know you could show me that house!” 💬
It may be obvious, but it’s a question I hear more often than you might think. 🤔
🏡 As a Listing Agent, I represent the seller. My job is to market your property, coordinate showings, negotiate offers, and guide you from listing to closing. The goal is to help you get the best price, sell as quickly as possible, and make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as I can. ✔️
🔑 As a Buyer’s Agent, I represent the buyer. I’ll help you find homes that fit your needs, schedule showings, answer your questions, negotiate on your behalf, and be by your side from our first showing all the way to closing. ✔️
The Takeaway: You don’t have to call the listing agent to see a property!
As your buyer’s agent, I can schedule a showing for almost any home/property that’s for sale while representing your best interests throughout the transaction. 💯
Whether you’re buying, selling, or just have questions about the process, I’m always happy to help. 📞
