🏊 SWIM-UP POOL BAR DESIGN BREAKDOWN
The diagram highlights four main integrated areas and provides specific depth measurements.

1. PLAN VIEW (OVERHEAD)

Why White Swan Properties? Well, when we bought our 1907 four square, we had no idea it had an interesting past! Lucky for us we got it as a foreclosure, sadly, the previous owner did a lot of hack work. Rebuilding and restoring this huge house has been a lot of work and worth every minute of it.
The White Swan Inn has become the focal point of all of our big family gatherings and parties with friends. The name is more than just the name of an old business. The White Swan Inn is a place full of positive energy from family, love and friends. It is a safe haven where we all gather. The name stuck..
White Swan Properties is just a small business with big dreams. We want your old, unloved, distressed, and foreclosed properties to change into beautiful loving homes for new buyers.
My beautiful wife Debbie is the brains behind this endeavor. She is the planning, design and finance part of the team. Her main job is to reel me in from going overboard. My job is to swing the hammer and go overboard. (I tend to overthink and overbuild.)
