I Turned 2 year's into 60 days‼️

My client is a single mother from Michigan whom came to me overwhelmed and frustrated with the process of becoming a new homeowner. As she had been working with multiple agents for over two year's which stopped communicating with her and was told that "In this market, It is impossible to find you something in your price range that accepts 1st time homeownership programs " Her lease ended 1 week prior, so she put her things in storage and moved in with her mother until she could find her Dream Home.

I listend to my clients needs and assured her that not only do I have open lines of communication, I will walk her through the entire process! I educated her on different loan options as well as referred her to a lender who not only specializes in 1st time homeownership programs, but could also assit her in any option she chose!

Needless to say, after only showing my client 2 homes. She listed to all of my advice, put in her 1st offer on the 2nd home and it was accepted! We closed 30 days later! My client could not believe how quickly and smoothly everything went and thanked me for believing in her!
