1. Stage it to sell. Showing buyers what the home can look like makes it easy for them to envision themselves in the space.

2. Price it right. Your real estate agent will help you find the perfect price to help your listing go viral.

3. Show off the lifestyle. Is your home perfect for a family of 4 and a dog? Or is it more geared towards an active couple? Add some touches to speak to those buyers and show off the kind of lifestyle your home can help them live.
