Sometimes finding the right home takes a little patience!

When Cody and Sadie first reached out to me in June of 2025, they had a goal of moving back to their hometown. They weren't in a hurry and knew they wanted to wait until the right home came along.
I told them I'd be there to help for as long as it took.
For well over a year, we looked at a LOT of homes, revisited a few, had some ups and downs along the way, but we just kept looking.
Today, all that patience paid off. We found the right one, and Cody and Sadie are officially home!
Thank you both for trusting me throughout the journey. It was quite an adventure, and I couldn't be happier for you and your family!

Another one SOLD!

Last winter, Bob told his friend Joan Friel, Realtor at BHG The Masiello Group that he had decided it was going to be his last winter in cold New Hampshire!
He was ready for warmer weather and wanted some advice on getting his home ready to sell, with plans to make the move when summer arrived. Joan invited me to join her in helping Bob prepare for the sale and, when the time came, get his home on the market.
Well, summer came, Bob was ready, and together we got 217 Reservoir Road on the market and SOLD!
A big thank you to Bob for putting his trust in us, and a special thank you to Joan for asking me to work alongside her on this one. I really enjoyed working together and helping Bob turn the plan he started last winter into a reality.
Congratulations, Bob, here’s to warmer winters ahead!

A little proud moment from August!

I was excited to receive Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate – The Masiello Group’s Top Teammates recognition for August!

I ranked #8 on the Top Agents by Volume list for New Hampshire and Vermont, and tied for #7 on the Top Listing Agents list across Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.

I don’t usually spend much time talking about rankings, but I’m proud of this one. Every transaction represents someone who trusted me with an important decision, whether it was selling a home or finding the right one to buy, and I’m incredibly grateful to all of my clients for giving me the opportunity to be part of it.

Success in real estate is also very much a team effort. I’m fortunate to work alongside a great group of agents and teammates who share ideas, offer advice, lend a hand and support one another along the way.

Thank you to my clients, colleagues, friends and everyone who continues to support and refer my business. Your trust and support are what make accomplishments like this possible.

Last winter, Shane and Chelsea reached out to let me know they were thinking about selling their home when summer arrived. This wasn't just any home, it was the first home they purchased together 11 years ago, choosing an owner-occupied multifamily as a way to get started as homeowners.
Over those 11 years, they made it their home, started a family, and built a lot of memories there. Now they've officially closed that chapter and are beginning a new one in their new home closer to family.
The road from that first conversation to closing had a couple of twists and turns, but Shane and Chelsea trusted me to help guide them through the process and make the decisions that ultimately got us to the finish line. I couldn't be happier for them!
Their story is also a great reminder for first-time buyers: your first home doesn't necessarily have to be a single-family home. An owner-occupied multifamily can be a great way to begin your homeownership journey while having rental income help offset some of the costs.

This one felt a little like an episode of House Hunters!!

Zach and Kaitlyn reached out to me, ready to start the search for their very first home. We met up on a Sunday and toured three properties, and as it turned out, the very first condo we walked through was the one!
We put together an offer the next day, had just a little negotiating to do, and before we knew it, Zach and Kaitlyn were under contract. From our first showing to the closing table in just over a month!
A big thank you as well to listing agent Jennifer Andrus for helping make this such a smooth and seamless transaction from start to finish. It’s always appreciated when everyone works together to get their clients to the closing table!
Anyone who knows me knows how much I enjoy working with first-time homebuyers. There’s something especially rewarding about helping someone navigate the process for the first time and handing them the keys at the end of it.

Another Happy Closing!
