🇺🇸 The office of Hopkins Enterprises will be CLOSED on Monday, 5/25, in observance of Memorial Day. We will re-open at 9 AM on Tuesday, 5/26. If you're a tenant with a maintenance concern, please submit a request through your tenant portal. 🇺🇸

🇺🇸 5 Quick Facts for Memorial Day 🇺🇸
Before the long weekend kicks off, here’s a quick look at the history behind the day:

🌸 It started as "Decoration Day" in 1868 to honor Civil War soldiers by decorating their graves with flowers.
📍 Waterloo, New York, is the officially recognized birthplace of the holiday.
📅 It used to be on a fixed date (May 30) until 1971, when it was moved to the last Monday in May to create a three-day weekend.
🇺🇸 Flag etiquette: The U.S. flag flies at half-staff until noon to honor the fallen, then rises to full-staff until sunset.
⏰ The National Moment of Remembrance takes place at 3:00 PM local time for one minute of silence.

*Remember: Memorial Day honors those who died in service, while Veterans Day (in November) honors all who served.*

TUE, DEC 2: WINTER PARKING BAN IN EFFECT FOR DOVER, NH

ATTENTION: Due to the forecast of snow beginning today, Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2025, a citywide parking ban will be in effect beginning at 8 p.m. tonight, and concluding Wednesday, Dec. 3 at 6 a.m. The ban will be in effect downtown on Wednesday, Dec. 3, from 1 a.m. to 6 a.m. only.

We will re-open on Monday, Dec 1st, at 9 AM.

Nobody panic!!! The Dover Tucker's location is NOT closing permanently!

Check out their post for more details regarding their *temporary* renovation closure, as well as the unfortunate timing and placement of the "FOR LEASE" sign for the buildings located behind Tuckers.

Talk about terrible timing!⏰

We wanted to address the rather large “FOR LEASE” sign that went up in front of our Dover location today. We want to be very clear that we are not, and have no intention of leaving our Dover location! This sign is in reference to the separate buildings out back, completely unrelated to Tucker’s.

It is incredibly unfortunate that this sign went up directly in front of our building, and on the first day of our renovations closure. We can assure you that we fully plan on re-opening our new and improved Dover location on October 31st. This date is our best guess, and may change as we continue along.

We apologize for any heart beats, skipped or stomachs, dropped! Spooky season might coming, but we promise we’re not ghosting you!👻
