Mortgage rates ticked down again this week! 📉

According to Freddie Mac, the average 30-year fixed-rate mortgage is now 6.67%, down from 6.69% last week.

Is 6.67% the rate we all dreamed about a few years ago? Nope. 😂 But even small moves in mortgage rates can make a difference in a buyer’s monthly payment and purchasing power.
