And just like that, this beauty is PENDING SALE!! My buyers fell in love with this house prior to being listed, and super excited when I told them "Hey guess what..in 3 more days it'll actually on the market and you'll have every chance to make it yours!" We jumped at the opportunity to make a showing appointment, and within the hour after the appointment their offer had been accepted!!!
