All it took was a good gameplan and this home ended up receiving multiple offers, allowing the seller to pick the best offer for them and it was smooth sailing to closing!!
I am so happy I was able to be a part of this next chapter for my sellers. Selling their beautiful home and moving to the warmer weather. ☀️

I know a lot of people use zillow when home searching…..
Through Zillow, you can schedule showings.
Is this a way to see a home you are interested in? Yes.
Is this the way I recommend? No!

Instead of taking a chance on which agent you will be seeing the home with, call an agent you KNOW YOU WANT TO WORK WITH!!
In my opinion, it’s better to work with an agent you trust from day 1.
