When one chapter closes, another excitingly starts!

Happy to announce, Loft is moving to Dover 🎉

Loft is Moving! 💙🙏🏼

Milford has been everything we could’ve asked for and more as a host city for our first office space.

In early 2020 with just seven agents on the team, it was clear that we had outgrown our original space, just a few doors down at 10 S. Walnut Street.

Ultimately we dreamt of a space that could grow with us, where we could be a resource to the people of Milford and a pillar to community events, and we were incredibly privileged to find that space in the Pikus Building. The history of this building alone made it very special for us for the 2.5 years we have gotten to occupy it.

The Loft Team has now grown 3 times in size with amazing staff incredible Realtors across all three counties.

We were able to find, and are in the process of purchasing, our very own 4,000 sqft space in Downtown Dover.

We are excited to expand into & bring our energy for service to the historic Downtown Dover as we continue to grow in service to our community.

We are endlessly thankful for the opportunities and the growth that Downtown Milford has afforded us. A piece of our hearts will always be in Downtown Milford, and as downtown continues to expand with new businesses, and restaurants that are bringing life into the area, we are incredibly excited for another business to have the opportunity to grow and serve the community in such a beautiful & iconic space.

We look forward to welcoming you to our new Dover location in the coming weeks as we bring life to our new Loft Hub. 💙🏡
