🍎 Apple Scrapple Festival 2025 | Bridgeville, Delaware 🍳
The Apple Scrapple Festival is one of Delaware’s most beloved hometown traditions — and The Hohrein Group was proud to be part of it! Every October, the town of Bridgeville comes alive with live music, local vendors, delicious food, amusement rides, and the famous car show that brings in visitors from all over Delmarva.
Of course, no visit is complete without sampling Delaware’s signature combo — crispy scrapple and fresh apple cider (hot or cold 🍏).
We had an incredible weekend connecting with our community, handing out free swag, and celebrating small-town charm alongside our friends at Movement Mortgage. A huge thank-you to everyone who stopped by our booth — you made the weekend unforgettable!

Walked through a house today at Wild Quail Country Club in Camden, DE and guess what I found…
🏡 A SAUNA.
Yes, you read that right—this home literally has its own private sauna!
I see a lot of incredible homes, but this one definitely made me do a double-take. That’s the kind of feature you don’t come across every day!
Would you use it to relax after a round of golf… or just to brag to your friends that your house has a built-in spa? 😅

✨ Did you know Dover, Delaware has its very own alpaca farm? 🦙
This weekend we stopped by Nash Hill Alpaca Farm for their 4th annual open house, and it was an unforgettable experience for the whole family!
From feeding and petting alpacas, snapping photos, and playing games, to enjoying a free lunch—it was the perfect family outing. The highlight? Watching Zoey the alpaca give birth to a baby boy right before our eyes. 🍼🐾 Truly a once-in-a-lifetime memory!
We’re so grateful to the Nash family for opening their farm to the community. If you’re looking for fun things to do in Dover, Kent County, or central Delaware, this is a must-visit. Great for kids, parents, and anyone who loves animals!

👨👩👦 Today was Take Teddy to Work Day at The Hohrein Group! 🚗🔧
From an oil change on the car ➡️ to a check-in with our preferred lender ➡️ to a touch-base with our mentor and team leader… Teddy was right there soaking it all in.
The best part? Watching this little guy grow and seeing how much he enjoys collecting all the free swag whenever he visits the offices. 😂 Pens, stress balls, you name it—he’s got it covered!
We’re grateful we get to mix family, business, and a whole lot of fun in what we do every day. ❤️
