Closed on this townhome last week with my first time home buyer clients and they are so excited to finally say they homeowners! After their rent was set to go up in a few months, my clients figured they'd rather make that same payment on a home they can call their own, rather than pay someone else's bills! It took a couple months, a handful of offers, and a few hiccups during the process, but we all stuck through it and trusted the process, and we ultimately got them into this "like-new" townhome with a beautiful view of the pond and walking trail right in front of their new home!
