I lost a 4-unit building I had under contract for $40K… and years later, I ended up buying the same building for $120K.

But here’s what mattered: I didn’t stop. I protected my vision like a newborn. I took it step by step—writing offers, meeting bankers, improving credit. Progress didn’t come from one giant leap; it came from daily forward motion.
