We are searching for an organized, motivated and customer service-oriented individual to fill the role of Escrow Officer in a fast-paced environment. Our Escrow Officer will assist in preparing and reviewing closing documents, communicate with all parties involved in the real estate transaction (buyers, sellers, lenders, agents), ensure all contract terms are met, manage funds, and coordinate the signing of documents. We anticipate cross-training our Escrow Officer to learn skills for possible future advancement within Alban Title.
Qualifications:
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Proficient with Microsoft Word
• Ability and willingness to learn new software solutions
• Exceptional customer service, communication & organizational skills
• Must be detailed-oriented and capable of meeting deadlines
• Prior experience in the real estate or lending industry is a plus, but not required
• Prior experience in the legal industry or professional office setting is a plus, but not required
• Team oriented work ethic and willingness to cross-train
