First, owning and operating a residential home painting company for 23years. He then started a construction company; Birchwood Building & Development Inc. Through his building & development company he has managed the development of several residential neighborhoods in Dover NH, Rochester NH and Barrington NH over the last 10 years. Andrew is also a NH licensed Real Estate Sales Agent with his wife's Real Estate company Birchwood Realty LLC of Dover NH. Andrew has extensive experience in all phases of residential construction from raw land development which includes planning board approvals of subdivisions to residential remodels. Through the family Real Estate business, he has also been involved with the transactions of many non-new construction residential re-sales of existing homes.
