Around the corner from my house is the future site of two $1mil plus houses in Westmont to build two new construction houses. Rumor has it a local builder bought these two houses sitting side by side next to each other. It is not uncommon for the Westmont fire department to do a controlled burn to practice on houses that are scheduled for demolition. I think this is actually a great training tool. We will probably see more training being done in future weeks on both of the houses. The timing couldn’t be better since I have more than a few clients that would be buyers if the houses were here today.
