Not exactly. Your home’s sale price is determined by supply and demand and what the buyers in the current buyer pool are willing to pay!

While you can’t control the exact sale price, things you CAN control as a seller are:

-Whether you’re going to go on the market
-Whether you accept an offer or not

Happy St. Patrick’s Day! ☘️

St. Patrick’s Day celebrations in Chicago date back more than 175 years! The longstanding tradition of Chicago’s Irish parade debuted in 1843 and became an official city event in the 1950s, and the now-famous Chicago River dyeing was introduced in 1962.

In addition to the downtown festivities, Chicago’s proud Irish heritage is also on full display in our neighborhoods — from Beverly (a traditionally Irish enclave) to the Irish American Heritage Center near Albany Park.
