Helpful information even if you’ve owned your home for a while. In just the last few years I’ve learned of friends planting a huge garden on land they thought was theirs (but wasn’t) and neighbors not taking out plantings they hated because they thought it belonged to the other neighbor, but was really on their land.

A survey does cost in the hundreds if you choose to have one, but will let you know your exact boundaries.

Most homeowners have a general understanding of their property boundaries. However, there are times when locating property lines is crucial.

A happy, happy close for these beautiful women and their family. I could not be more excited for them than I am. I met Andrea 8+ years ago when I started at White House Black Market. From the day I received my Brokers License she has been one of my biggest cheerleaders. 📣

It gives me great pleasure to have been the one to welcome them home. I know they will have years of joy and memories. We kissed a lot of 🐸 to get to this prince. Or as I also said, 🦄 do exist.

Each transaction is wonderful in its own way. Today’s closing on this 100 year American Four Square had the buyer and I shed a tear at the note the seller left welcoming Michelle to her historic home now.
