This one is a perfect example of why experience matters in today’s market.
Our buyer saw an opportunity to purchase an investment property in the West Loop, where her daughter was already living and renting. Instead of continuing to pay someone else’s mortgage, Mom purchased a condo and now her daughter gets to rent from her. ❤️ Talk about a win win!
We realized quickly that this condo was underpriced, and sure enough, we found ourselves in a multiple offer situation. Because we knew the market and could justify the value, our buyer felt confident going above asking. We structured a strong offer, WON the bidding war, and still secured the property at a price that made sense compared to the market.
