Early in my investing career, I owned both single-family homes and multi-units.🏠

When one of my single-family tenants moved out, the impact was immediate — 100% of the income from that property disappeared overnight, while my multi-units continued performing and cash flowing without interruption. 📈

✨That experience shifted my entire strategy. ✨

I realized that multiple doors under one roof meant stronger, more resilient income — and far more control. 💥
