By selling their previous home on the back end, they were able to get a discount on their mortgage interest rate, pay down their balance to eliminate their mortgage insurance, as well as, recast their loan—bringing their monthly payment down as if those extra dollars were never borrowed in the first place. Not all sales are easy, but when you believe in something and you know that the math "maths," persistence is key.
