Where do I begin?

Celebrating more than just a sale tonight at with Vicky, her husband, and their daughter. 🥂 We closed on 212 E Avenue 42, a place with decades of memories—Vicky’s childhood home, lovingly passed down from her grandmother.

Despite a first escrow falling through and navigating the challenge of selling with a tenant in place, we made it happen. Together, we brought this story full circle and found the perfect buyer, closing $50,000 over the list price.

Honored to be part of such a meaningful journey. Here’s to new beginnings, cherished memories, and the next chapter. 🌟

THROW BACK THURSDAY

From the early mornings to the late nights, endless 7 day work weeks - the commitments are finally starting to pay off but nonetheless, I'm far from my goals.

I’d like to give a special shout out to my clients who entrust me to guide them toward investing into their first property or allowing me to show them how to take advantage of equity gains by selling their home to upgrade.

Since 2012, I felt something in my heart pushing me to achieve my dreams, launching my path to becoming a business owner. I had no idea what it was going to be or would become.

I'm grateful for my two previous career choices as both a sales manager for a retail company and a project manager for a construction company that I had the privilege of working with prior to becoming a Realtor. I believe they molded me to the professional I am now.

I feel honored to have met you throughout this 10 year journey...within the shoe world, the construction world, and now the real estate world.

If you're still reading this...I want to personally let you know that I'm just getting started. I thrive in personal relations and getting the job done.
