This one was a little interesting. I got quite a bit of push back from the realtor/investor saying that I was wrong in my findings. If you know me, you know there's nothing on a home that I haven't installed. I've been in this industry since 1990. At the end of the day my client and the investor discovered that I was right and my client walked away. Eventually I did inspect another home for him that ended up working out. Always going to bat for my clients.
