What does the Flat Rate Per Transaction Plan mean?

At the bottom of the Great Recession a top salesman that has mastered the art of sales and successful businessman / master of numbers formed a partnership with a focus on real estate investing. About a year later the Real Estate holdings and flipping volumes justified the re-launch of the independent brokerage known as Fautore Realty. Yes, you heard correctly, we opened a Real Estate brokerage in the midst of the Great Recession. The plan is a combination of additional compensation above typical commission and having the office pay royalties on your behalf so you can have the best name in real estate and still keep more of your hard earned commission.
