Job Description:
• Partner with team members to complete assignments for the day.
• Perform supervised remediation services in clients’ residences.
includes but is not limited to HEPA vacuuming surfaces,
non-structural demolition, scrubbing surfaces in tight fitting
spaces.
• Complete remediation services with detail orientation.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines are
followed.
• Assist in loading the truck with materials, tools, and equipment.
• Regular usage of hand and power tools while working.
• Regular usage of other specified mold remediation equipment.
• Must wear a respirator while performing work in a respirator use
area.
Ideal Candidate:
• Strong customer service skills.
• Construction or similar background. (a plus, but not necessary)
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds.
• Working in confined workspaces that may require crawling,
kneeling, crouching.
• Standing for extended periods of time.
• Carrying, climbing, pulling, sitting, stooping.
• Ability to withstand working in different weather environments
including extreme cold and heat within reason.
Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must be able to pass company Criminal Background Check, Drug
Screening and Physical.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have and maintain reliable transportation.
