Downs Housing Authority seeks a dynamic maintenance technician for our 30 unit public housing apartment complex. 25-30 hours per week; 40 hours per week during mowing season. Wages are negotiable! We ask the person to clean, paint, perform physical tasks, troubleshoot and repair, do snow removal, mow, maintain sprinkler system, and take after hour calls as needed📱Please call Leah at 785-454-3461 with any questions.
