The market continues to be temperamental.
🙈Homes priced accordingly and move-in ready are going quickly, often with multiple offers. Other homes priced too high or need work are slow to sell.
😁This may allow specific buyers to find homes needing work at the right price.
⬇️Denver metro is just below 7000 active listings, which is still substantially lower than the average of 14,000 active listings, and with low inventory, it is keeping the medium price steady.
🪨Be prepared for the rest of the summer to see rates hovering where they are now and good homes going quickly.
