1st year in real estate ✅

They say your first year is the hardest, and I can attest to that. Despite the struggles and stress of building a business, I am happy to have a career that is so rewarding. I made a lot of new friends and I made a lot of people happy and I look forward to even more of that next year.

Super pumped to help these two close on their first home this morning! They had been looking since March and we finally found the one.

Funny story, on our first showing attempt at their new home, the key fell out of the lockbox and through the deck and we couldn’t get it out. We had to call the listing agent and come back the next day with a new key, now those keys are theirs.

New Listing!!

I am happy to share that this new listing is live in the coveted Ken Caryl Ranch neighborhood in Littleton. The homeowners did a lot of work on it, including installing solar panels, new furnace and AC condenser, fresh paint, new carpets, and more! This neighborhood has the most amazing amenities, including 4,800 acres of private open space, pools, sports, fields, and even an equestrian center.
