1. Hunger is manageable, it doesn’t have to be answered to immediately.

2. Food is really amazing, it should be made with love and tasted with gratitude. In other words fast food meals are not good for the soul.

3. Eating should be scheduled… not squeezed in when you have time. Focus on your food like you focus on your other daily activities.

My sister did all the work behind the scenes- and is here to share with you all that it is still a sellers market! Inventory remains restrained. Getting your house listed now will help generate many interested buyers.

With the right strategy of course 😉

We now have August market data for South Elgin, Elgin, St. Charles and Kane County. The clearest takeaway is that this is still fundamentally a seller-favored market because inventory remains constrained, but buyers are becoming much more selective about price.
