Growing up in Texas and now living here, we really missed Texas BBQ. Thankfully, a few years ago, Lewis BBQ came to the rescue! 🤤 We had a few friends visit from Texas this summer, and each time we've taken them to Lewis BBQ. They all raved about it and agreed this is some of the best BBQ they've ever had.

Fun fact: Pitmaster John Lewis honed his craft in Austin, TX, helping Aaron Franklin open Franklin Barbecue (yes, the place where people wait in line for HOURS because it's that good) and co-founding la Barbecue before moving to South Carolina. In 2016 he opened Lewis BBQ in Charleston which was an automatic hit, and in 2022 opened the Greenville location. Now we can all enjoy high quality BBQ without crazy wait times, right here in the upstate.
