This one is too wild not to share! Just a short month ago I had the pleasure of meeting these buyers. Air Force veterans moving from Goose Creek which happens to also be where we moved from (Air Force veteran as well).

Come to find out they live in a community I also sold homes in when I lived in Charleston. But not only did I sell in their community in Goose Creek I actually sold the home they bought there to the original owners.

Small world 🌎 and too much to be a coincidence 🙏🏽

There are a lot of things to consider. It’s alarming at the number of folks that aren’t taking them all into account!! Then find out site prep conditions/costs, septic, well & other costs are blowing them out of budget with the home they hope to build.
