It is wonderful to be at the vanguard of education for Realtors on the Senior Services Committee, strengthening the knowledge base and supporting the NAR Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) program, administered locally by Mainstreet Realtors.

Our professional organization realized quite early the unique needs of the 55+ community and our ability to help make positive impact on critical decisions regarding buying and selling real estate.

If you are not actively engaged at this time, this is a market that you should focus a large part of your attention on. It’s only going to grow as your experience is probably already telling you.

Join us for this valuable summit, and consider getting SRES certification. It will only become more valuable (as the years go by 😃) for your clients!

At the SRES reception for freshly minted SRES members. Many people don’t realize the incredible growth in the 55+ market. In United States, there will be more people over the age of 65 than under the age of 18 by the year 2035. That’s a fact.

These folks need the best representation when it comes to real estate! We are committed to forging the programs that take care of our Seniors, and guide them to the best outcomes for their purchases and sales.

I got my designation back in 2017 and our business has been largely focused on the needs of seniors in our community since the very beginning.

I cannot stress enough that this is one of the most important designations Realtors should have going forward- It will best advantage your clients!
