🌸✨ What a fun night at Fiore of Pensacola! ✨🌸

& hosted an incredible Mardi Gras themed floral design event and everyone has so much fun. The team at Fiore magically brought out the artsy florist in all of us! 💐 ’s centerpiece is so pretty and mine turned out pretty good as well!

This event was a beautiful homage to The Krewe of Iris—the oldest and largest all-female Krewe in New Orleans, founded in 1917! 💜💛💚 As a founding sister of Krewe du Ya Yas (est. 2002), it was so special to honor another powerful group of women carrying on Mardi Gras traditions for over a century! Wow!

This is Marilyn. She's my precious and best friend on earth. This is one of our many cherished times we've had together. Now, she is in hospice care. Cancer has ravaged her lungs, her brain, her body and my heart. She is soon to be my guardian angel. I asked her today if she'd save me a spot in heaven. She mustered the words, "I will take care of you when you get there." This sadness is excruciating painful. Thank you hospice nurses everywhere and especially .
Thanks to my two rocks Mom and Steve for keeping me off the ledge.
