I’ve been busy busy busy the last few weeks and forgot to share some wins!

I closed two local properties, got another one under contract, and helped with a referral out of town. Here’s the scoop:

•Knightdale: My out-of-town buyers snagged this one sight unseen after a few virtual tours I gave them. When they finally saw it in person, they were in LOVE. Easiest transaction ever—inspection took 5 minutes since the sellers kept it in top shape! Super happy for my clients for snagging such a great home!

•Louisburg: Clients grabbed this one as a vacation home to park their camper and enjoy family time by the lake. Quick close, happy clients!

•Middlesex: This one is new construction! After searching for a month, my client found her dream home. With $10K in incentives and a free fridge, it was a no-brainer. She’ll be moving in just in time for Christmas!

•Naperville, IL: This one’s extra special—my brother’s BFF, Yash, reached out for help finding a home in Naperville. Though I don’t practice outside NC, I went to work finding him the right team. I researched and connected him with a top local agent, Capri, and a trusted lender. The result? A seamless process. Yash snagged a charming home in the heart of Naperville, and I stayed in touch to make sure everything went smoothly. He closed last week and is moving in today!

⚡️CLOSED⚡️

Extremely happy for my first time homebuyer clients for closing on their beautiful new home!!! This contract was pretty smooth sailing from start to finish. I was able to negotiate 2k off the bat to lower their cash to close and while we did find a few small issues, I was able to help negotiate a repair request so the home was perfect condition by the time they move in! Excited for these clients and their new chapter in Archer Lodge

UNDER CONTRACT!!!

My out-of-town buyers only had Friday available to see homes in person. We viewed two homes, but neither was the right one. We planned for them to return next weekend. However, on Saturday morning, they sent me a listing for a home and thought there was no way it would still be available by next weekend. So, I immediately got in my car, showed them the home virtually, and took extensive videos as if they were right beside me. They loved it so much from afar, and with their trust in me and confidence in the house, we got them pre-approved and under contract within a few hours. When you know, you know. 🙌🏼

🔥🔥SOLD🔥🔥

A week late but so happy to say my clients have CLOSED on both the sale of their previous home AND the purchase of their brand new home 🔥🏡

Transactions can be smooth sailing and some can be challenging. When it is both a buy/sell situation, it was definitely hectic at times. We had a few speed bumps along the way but my clients had the best attitude, listened to my advice, and persevered when not everything was going our way and at the end of the day they were able to make the move to a beautiful new home in Wake Forest. I loved working with Joe Clancey and Rikki René Clancey SO much!!! Please help me congratulate them!

This is a double whammy!! My sellers pursued a home in Wake Forest a few weeks ago but NEEDED to sell their current home to make it happen. Well, we were patient, diligent, hosted multiple open houses, did our outreach and BAM their home is officially under contract!! 🔥SOLD x 3!!!!!🔥

I have been super busy the past few weeks preparing for the arrival of our baby and getting our house cleaned and organized for her.

HOWEVER!!! Real estate never stops so I have been super busy helping multiple clients close on their homes!! One a week every week since the end of August. Each of these clients deserve their own post of recognition because when they say good things come in three’s they ain’t lying! However, my days are full and I only got so much energy lol.

These have been the most amazing and supportive back to back clients and I’m just so thankful and excited to have worked with each one of them during this busy season of my life. They were all kind, understanding, grateful and happy to find a home that worked for them in all different parts of the triangle. Thank you to each of them for trusting in me to help you with the biggest purchase of your lives!

The first set of clients I met while living in my old apartment complex and we bonded over shared desirability to finally stop renting and become homeowners. We saw only a handful of homes before finding the “one” and now they have become lifelong friends that I’m so happy entered my life.

The second set of clients I’ve known since college so it was amazing being able to witness them become homeowners and us become better friends during this process. Their home was new construction so we started the process back in late March and they were the first set of clients I told I was pregnant to prepare them in case we closed near my due date. They were amazing and supportive and I’m so happy for them🤍

And finally the last client I met on a Thursday and by Sunday night we were under contract. He gave me full control and truly let me take the reigns on the houses we saw (which was 13 in one day) and within a month he was closing on his home. This client was so sweet and it was a pleasure seeing him each time throughout the month cause he made the interactions so enjoyable.
