Did you know that when you go under contract on a home that the home should be in the same condition or better as when both sides agreed to the deal? This is the entire purpose of the final walkthrough.

Example, this newly built home went under contract and days later a hail storm came through. The sellers repaired all of the damage prior to closing.

I’ve not known these buyers very long but I can honestly say that they are one of the sweetest couples I’ve met. This is one of three homes in a brand new subdivision in east Springdale by a local builder. Just about every upgrade imaginable was included in the price. I was very impressed!
