This is super fascinating. Ive seen videos of another 3D printed home and its amazing. I do think we will start to see more of these, especially in Florida as the cost savings are significantly lower than traditional builds and they complete much faster and are hurricane rated. Congratulations to the "P" Family — my newest homeowners AND newest Floridians! 🎉🏡

This one started with a mother who just wanted her kids and grandkids closer. She referred this beautiful young family to me. I knew right away this dream just needed the right roadmap to become reality.

It didn't happen overnight. Last year they weren't quite ready, and I had to have an honest conversation with them about what it would really take. They came back this year — focused, prepared, and ready.

During their Easter vacation here, we packed in the showings. This home had already caught their eye online — the test would be when they walked through it in person. It was amazing!! The next day they brought the kids to see it, and the neighborhood kids came running out to play. If that wasn't a sign, I don't know what is. 🥹

We won in a multiple-offer situation, then hit a major curveball — a 10-year-old roof that needed full replacement. That kind of news can kill a deal, and it's a hard conversation with sellers who weren't expecting such a hit. We got it handled without a single day of delay. ✅

Moving across the country with kids takes courage and a lot of planning. I'm so proud of this family and so excited for the life they're going to build here.

It's clients like these that remind me why I love what I do. They made it easy by asking the right questions, being proactive, and trusting my guidance. Now their dream of "...someday, we will move to Florida..." is Today! ❤️

Im sure my clients wonder why I have to keep saying to them "Do not wire any money without calling to verify first". Its always a worry right before closing. Wire Fraud is real and it happens every day.

She closed today on a beautiful condo in the heart of downtown St. Pete. Walking distance to everything that makes St. Pete one of the most sought after places to live in Tampa Bay.

Ms. D is not only a client — she's a friend. And that makes this one extra special.

It's never lost on me that everyone knows a realtor. When someone chooses me — not as their first option, but their only option — that means everything.
