You know how the saying goes… Every home sale has a story. And this one was all about helping a seller navigate a big life transition.

🌊🏠 After Hurricane Helene impacted their business, my client needed to relocate out of state. It was a stressful time as they packed up their life for a fresh start. But after 45+ days on the market with no offers, we knew it was time to make a move.

We went with an aggressive pricing strategy, and it paid off big time—getting a showing on Christmas Eve and locking in a buyer on Christmas Day! 🎁 Talk about the perfect holiday gift!

But just when we thought things were smooth sailing, the inspection threw us a curveball. 🚰💡
