It's apparently the season of new houses and new babies. 🏡👶💙

A very special couple I've known for years closed on their new home literally TWO DAYS before their baby arrived. Talk about a deadline! 😅

The pressure was definitely on, and there were plenty of "please and thank you" texts, phone calls, and a few versions of, "I don't think you understand how important it is that this gets done NOW!" 😂

The funny part? We actually started helping them during my maternity leave, which makes this one feel even more special. I'm incredibly thankful for the amazing Kyla, who partnered with me throughout the entire process and helped bring everything across the finish line while I was juggling life with a newborn. ❤️ Teamwork truly makes the dream work.

Despite all the moving pieces, it happened. House closed. Baby arrived. Everyone happy and healthy. 🙌

Congratulations to this sweet family on their beautiful new home and the even more exciting new addition to their family. So grateful to be a small part of such a special chapter in your lives. 🏡💕👶
