My sellers aren’t just clients or just friends or just family— they’re all 3 - framily. And this house, La Hacienda, has been quite the wild ride.

We were under contract the first time when Hurricane Helene came through and completely turned their world upside down. I was there helping them clean up the mess, and somewhere near the end of this chaos, I was standing in this house telling them I was expecting our first baby.

So naturally, Charlee and I had to make one last trip to La Hacienda last week to say goodbye. 🥹

This house holds so many memories, and I know I’ll never forget them. La Hacienda, you were one heck of a chapter. ❤️

Happy Father’s Day to all the amazing dads out there!

A little extra love goes to my husband, Ryan, on his very first Father’s Day. ❤️ Watching you become Charlee’s daddy has been my favorite thing. You jumped into this role with so much love, patience, and the kind of goofy fun that already has her wrapped around your finger. She’s one lucky little girl, and I’m pretty lucky too.

And to all of my incredible clients, friends, and dads I know—Happy Father’s Day! I hope your day is filled with family, laughs, good food, and making memories with the people who love you most. It's apparently the season of new houses and new babies. 🏡👶💙

A very special couple I've known for years closed on their new home literally TWO DAYS before their baby arrived. Talk about a deadline! 😅

The pressure was definitely on, and there were plenty of "please and thank you" texts, phone calls, and a few versions of, "I don't think you understand how important it is that this gets done NOW!" 😂

The funny part? We actually started helping them during my maternity leave, which makes this one feel even more special. I'm incredibly thankful for the amazing Kyla, who partnered with me throughout the entire process and helped bring everything across the finish line while I was juggling life with a newborn. ❤️ Teamwork truly makes the dream work.

Despite all the moving pieces, it happened. House closed. Baby arrived. Everyone happy and healthy. 🙌

Congratulations to this sweet family on their beautiful new home and the even more exciting new addition to their family. So grateful to be a small part of such a special chapter in your lives. 🏡💕👶
