I do not like to brag, but the reality is that many real estate marketing plans consist of entering a property into the MLS and posting a basic “Just Listed” graphic on Facebook. We take a much more aggressive and hands-on approach.

For every listing, we work to create attention across multiple channels. That can include professional walk-through videos, Facebook marketing, Facebook Marketplace, Instagram Reels, TikTok content, email campaigns, direct outreach to local Realtors, calls to agents who may have matching buyers, and personal contact with buyers already in our database.

We also continue to use proven, relationship-based strategies such as networking events and open houses. Some agents say open houses are outdated, but we believe every legitimate opportunity to put the property in front of buyers is worth pursuing.

Our goal is not to place a sign in the yard and wait. Our goal is to actively create interest, generate conversations, reach buyers where they spend their time, and make sure the property is repeatedly seen by the people most likely to purchase it.
