As a lifelong Bucks and Montgomery County native I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me, and I strive every day to exceed their expectations to continue to earn their trust. I have recently been awarded the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Honor Society award which puts me in the top 16% of the Berkshire Hathaway Home Services network of over 50,000 agents for the second year in a

Prior to real estate, I established and managed locally owned businesses which instilled in me the hard work ethic and attention to customer service that has led me to success in my real estate career. Outside of real estate, I enjoy giving back to the community that has given so much to my family and myself. I coached youth soccer and had the pleasure of coaching both of my daughters and their travel soccer teams. Currently I am a mentor to my “little brother” through the Big Brothers and Big Sisters organization. I enjoy being a mentor to my little brother very much and this relationship has provided as much to me as it has to my little brother. I highly recommend being a mentor to all, as there are many youths in need of guidance to be able to succeed. I also participate in food drives and other activities to local charitable organizations through Trident Charities which is a part of the BHHS Fox and Roach Realtors Company.

Not every house is selling for over asking anymore.

In fact, it’s down to about 1 in 4 homes today, compared to nearly half in 2021.

And that's a good sign for buyers. It means the market is getting back to normal.

Now, this is going to vary by area. But overall, it means you may find sellers with more wiggle room on their price today. And in a lot of places, negotiation is back on the table.
