This week included business goals, client appreciation, community, friendship, learning something new, and a little help from my four-legged support staff. 🐶❤️

One of the things I love most about this career is that it's built on relationships. The conversations over coffee, the people you meet on the pickleball court, the clients who become friends, and the connections that make this community feel like home.

Grateful for all of it. What is filling your cup lately?

Today’s real estate lesson: even when you help people manage inspections, timelines, contracts, and negotiations… your own refrigerator can still decide to quit on a holiday weekday 😅 🇺🇸

A little reminder that life keeps throwing curveballs — cue the “oh no” reel music 🎶 — for all of us. Deep breath, pivot, keep moving.

Big week behind the scenes helping clients navigate multiple negotiations across very different price points and situations with $1.75M now officially under contract. 🏠
This market rewards strategy, communication and flexibility more than almost anything else right now, and I’m incredibly grateful for the trust my clients place in me through the process.

Apparently, I’m in my mahjong era now😂 Started with a “learn to play” night and somehow turned into a fun private gathering with friends new and old from the group. Learning something new laughing a lot and loving these local community connections lately💗
