In my 40+years of practicing Real Estate I have marketed and sold well over a thousand properties. As a successful Realtor and Broker, I believe I have found a good combination of aggressive professionalism and approachable flexibility along with a clear understanding of the market and how it functions. Born in Paterson, New Jersey and raised in Fair Lawn, I moved to Bucks County after graduating
from Temple University. Falling in love with Bucks County’s beauty and history, my varied interests included careers in health food wholesale, a bicycle shop and architectural antiques. The common theme of providing superior service eventually led me to real estate. The sale and purchase of real estate is often the most important and the most expensive asset for my clients. This is where they live, or where they will work, or what they are investing in. I really enjoy that this is so very important financially and emotionally and that I can provide such a positive impact on this most important event. With four grown children; two daughters and two sons, I am familiar first-hand with life’s transitions and is able to provide my clients with the stability, understanding and know-how that comes with experience. I was licensed in 1974, earned the GRI distinction in 1985, became a licensed Broker opening his my company, Pennsylvania Properties, in 1986 and earned my Broker Appraisal Certification in 1998. I also provide mentoring, support and assistance to my own team of associates, The Jay Ginsberg Group, and with my team I am able to give each buyer and seller the competitive edge necessary to be successfully represented in today’s market. I have consistently been one of the Top Producers in my office and region, achieving Top Producer status with the three companies I have been lucky enough to work with during my career. I believe that my clients deserve the best, most professional representation possible and I would like to put my passion, creativity and experience to work for you.
